I have several other smashburger spatulae but none work as well as this one in a 12" cast iron skillet. The angle on the handle is steep enough to allow a press without burning fingers and the construction seems very sturdy. I recently bought a different one before this spatula, recommended on Serious Eats and it works fine on a grill or flat surface, but this one shines on both flat surfaces and inside a skillet. This spatula is just better.

Use this spatula on my griddle and in case iron pans. Does the job well! Sharp edge allows to get all the burger off without issue.

I am not getting paid for this review. This spatula is well made and firm which is exactly what I was looking for when grilling overall especially when grilling smash burgers. Don't hesitate, just buy it. You won't regret it.
