    Great tool!

    Nice and wide, works perfectly without having to get your hand too close to the heat, as I've done when using weights to smash a burger. Another great idea and solution from Mannkitchen!

    MANNKITCHEN MADNESS

    This is my third MANNKITCHEN spatula (first Ultimate Smashburger) and as expected it performs excellent. It's use on a 36" griddle is invaluable and works for a variety of functions (smashing, flipping, scraping, etc...) which make it extremely useful. The width of this spatula provides for greater space to move food being cooked on a flat griddle and works well. This spatula is heavy duty and built to last. Worth the money.
