Perfect weight great for making smash burgers or pretty much anything on griddle or cast iron pan.

Astonishingly well made spatula. Hefty enough that you can feel the quality without being unwieldy on the griddle. Can’t wait to add the other sizes to the collection.

This is by far the best spatula in my kitchen (and I have quite a few of them). It’s heavy duty and well made. It’s built for a lifetime of use. Great for smash burgers but also lots of other things.

This spatula was just what I was looking for. When the first one I ordered showed up with loose rivets I contacted Cleve and he replaced it right away. The spatula works great and I look forward to using it for many years to come.
